The editing seemed original and I liked it. I don't know anything about CoD4 though so can't really comment about the gameplay. Seems similar to C.S.S and I can imagine jumping and getting headshots is not as easy as in halo.

if you play in the hardcore game mode (essentially no sheild) it is very easy.

I have COD:WAW and its fun. The gameplay is completely different from halo so you would probably die a lot in the beginning. It took me about a week to get k/ds about 1 consistently. Also there are some maps, where sniping simply DOES not work AT ALL if you want to go positive, unlike halo where you can use it well everywhere. I haven't even tried single player but the multiplayer is fun, except for the martyrdom perk, which is probably the most annoying thing in gaming history.
