Also even if you did come out with a small win on the US, we would still have a game on my server to play :)

Also stuff like "registration" as you guys call it has nothing to do with the power of my PC.

registration is a whole lot easier with a decent computer and good graphics card any fool with a good computer can just run up to you and register a 3sk wihout them meaning to.

Skill is totally diffrent from playing smart. And if you can play smart and be skilled at the same time your a good player thats all.

okay, "registration".

Here is what it actually is...

No gun in halo is 100% accurate, especially at times like sniper no scoping. If you shoot a bullet that should of hit and it doesn't, it is because the server thought you missed cos the bullet was not accurate. That is why sometimes some shots that look like headshots are body shots and vice versa.

As you can see this would in no way be affected by having a better computer. The only advantages of having a better computer is smoother gameplay. But since nvidia is dominating ati right now often players with good computers have the severe disadvantage of not being able to see invis at all.

Nice clarification. Although, you can imagine why good comp and gfx are assumed to be directly proportional to how well your shots register. If you have smoother gameplay, your computer more accurately represents what is actually happening on the server. Therefore, if you miss, you can judge how much you missed by more easily, or if you register a shot, you can keep that same 'lead' for that particular encounter or w.e. Basically, if you have poor performance, it may appear like you are leading your opponent perfectly on your screen, but in actuality, your computer is showing an inacurate picture, and those 'perfect' shots dont register. GG halo.

nessy is right...
computer can have little to no performance difference when it comes to halo and its latency system.(Disregard completely shitty $5 worth systems)

Take zagan for example... he had some alright radeon 9550 card and upgraded to an 8800 GTX. He boasted how he could beat any Xk and that his shots would be way better then ever be4. Were they? Trip and I know the answer.

Ping is ping... no matter how good ur card is, ur card only makes ur gameplay smoother and in a sense can help u see clearer/faster/better but u still aim the same nevertheless.

---everyone should know this by now.
{Pro}Trip: 10.) Being inspired to do drugs. I never did any drugs and only smoked pot like one time before I joined [XK].

i would have to side with chronic on this one, better gameplay and graphics help you determine where you are hitting better. it is harder to see invisi with good graphics but its not like its impossible to find someone invisible, its only just slightly mroe difficult

it is the different between someone being in shotgun range of you and then vanishing and you not knowing where they are, and being able to be sniped from red to frg on bg.

Anyone who has seen what it is like trying to find invis on my computer knows it is practically impossible, since I have my alpha renders disabled and use nvidia.

Shit PC = Shit Registration
Bad PC = Bad Registration
Alright PC = Alright Registration
Good PC = Good Registration
Great PC = Great Registration

Go ahead and test this claim and you'll be surprised by how accurate it is.

Crap Performance = Rough Gameplay
Great Performance = Smooth Gameplay

Common sense that having smoother gameplay will make your game more accurate.

Zagans problem is, he aims randomly in weird ass circles and lines and doesn't actually aim. Having a better pc is making spraying shots less likely to work because, now his pc is registering where he is actually shooting better, therefore his shots aren't landing because it's that much harder to just get lucky shooting all around your opponent. If he'd actually take his time and aim his shots he'd definitely notice lower lead, and he'd notice how his shots will register way better.

If I got a dime every time I knew I shot someone and the shot didn't register, I'd be a millionaire.
