Heres what 'm thinkin about this....
If XK were to maybe have days where Ya'll go in to .04 and find some scrims or pub, that would make perfect sense. Let the players of .04 know that XK is live and well and still around to kick their asses.
But i wouldn't put too much effort into it. If ya go and transfer some of your -ever shortening amount of- active members, you'd be taking away from the .07 community. You may want to keep .04 on its toes, but then people in .07 will lose the sense that XK is still badass if they only see about 1 or 2 XK in your +4 servers.
Most players, old or new, reside in .07, so I'm just sayin to not leave the rest of us here to rape some lil kids scared of playin up here in .07. By all means, go rape, just stay here so we can still get at you every now and then. :D
