Actually, it's pretty damn common in CE. I see this alot. It really fucks up respawn. You can't kill the things either

yea same thing happened with zagan once. Idiot had the server rcon and messed the server up. Hgod was in there and has a pic I think

happens more then you think.. you can get about 3,000 of em to spawn everwhere if you break the server. Get like 2-3 ppl to keep resetting it as fast as they can

yeah I have never seen that one B. But I have seen the mcs spawing one which is a result from multiple resets.
I have experienced a weird glitch before. I entered a server and there was another player there, he was in a hog and had camo. All of a sudden I get snipped. I was like huh? lol
He was sniping me yet in a hog and in camo but wouldnt die. I went to turn fraps on to record it, but when i re-entered the server it wasnt there anymore.
there are some funny glitches in halo.
