That argument is very weak. Sure, its possible that you don't use those aimbots anymore, and they don't work on v1.04. But the question is...why have them in the first place? Why even think of cheating?

XK bans all DAT players...
DAT players were near tied with XK players

XK aimbots, proven: (i crouched 80% of the game, and only died twice), video will be posted in future
DAT does not aimbot: no video proof, ban for no reason and XK are tru jackasses
